Your next fleet service can now come to you
Yoogo Fleet drivers can now have their vehicle serviced or repaired at the office or at home, without leaving work.
We've partnered with Turners Servicing & Repairs to add mobile servicing to Digital Concierge. A van comes to the driver and the work gets done where the vehicle is parked.
How it works
Nothing changes about the way Digital Concierge works. The vehicle's telematics flag when a service or warrant of fitness is coming up, around 30 days out, so there is time to sort it before anything falls due.
A text or email goes to the driver, or to whoever in your organisation handles service bookings. No app to download, no login to remember. They click the link, pick a time that suits, choose a provider, and book. Click, Pick, Book.
The only difference is what shows up in that list of providers. Alongside the local workshops already there, drivers in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington will now see a mobile option from Turners Servicing & Repairs.
Why it matters for your fleet
A workshop booking eats more of a driver's day than the service does. Drop the vehicle off, find a way back to work, then head out again to collect it.
Mobile servicing takes most of that out. The van turns up wherever the vehicle is parked and the work happens while the driver carries on. Your fleet stays road ready and nobody's had to chase it. It is one more way fleet maintenance happens in the background rather than on someone's list.
“A frustration we heard from fleet managers and drivers is that servicing was a constant admin battle,” says Dave Riches, General Manager Operations, Yoogo Fleet. “Adding mobile servicing from Turners to the options we surface means drivers can now get that done with even less disruption, at their office or home.”
What you need to do
Nothing. If you’re a Yoogo Fleet customer, the option is already live for drivers in those four regions and will appear next time a service or WOF comes up.
