We built Digital Concierge to fix that.

 

What is Digital Concierge?

Digital Concierge is our new automated fleet servicing platform - and it’s an Australasian first. It uses real-time telematics data from your Yoogo Fleet vehicles to predict when a service, warrant or maintenance is coming due, then takes care of the rest.
Here’s how it works. Your vehicle’s telematics data tells us a service or warrant of fitness is approaching. Up to 30 days before it’s due, the assigned driver gets a text or email with a link. They click the link, pick a time that suits them, and choose from local service providers based on their location. Done.
We call it click, pick, book. No app to download. No complicated login. Just a few clicks and the vehicle is sorted.

 

Why we built it 

We hear the same thing from fleet managers all the time: keeping on top of servicing across a fleet is a constant admin battle. You’re chasing drivers, coordinating with mechanics, updating spreadsheets. It’s time-consuming, and when things slip through the cracks, it creates compliance and safety risks.
Instead of you chasing the maintenance schedule, the vehicle tells us what it needs and the driver takes care of it directly. Your fleet stays maintained, your people stay safe, and you get your time back.
We could only build this because of the investment we’ve made in our own technology platform. Our telematics system is designed and built in-house, and it's at the heart of how we manage every vehicle. That’s what allowed us to create something no other fleet company in Australasia has.

 

Better for everyone 

Digital Concierge isn’t just for fleet managers. Drivers stay in control - they get a reminder, pick a time that works for them, and book with a provider they trust. Service providers benefit too, with up to 30 days’ notice on upcoming work so they can plan ahead and manage capacity.
And because it’s built into the Yoogo Fleet platform, there’s nothing extra to set up. Digital Concierge comes standard for all Yoogo Fleet customers because we believe smart fleet management shouldn’t be an optional extra.
